Working where there is healthy competition. When I have to level my quality of work with someone who has more job experience than me. That I need. I lack determination and does not initiate improvement. From now on, I will. Practice. Improvise.

P.S. Watched "The Avengers" with my boyfriend at home. It was entertaining. I particularly love the HULK, since he is totally indestructible, he's a big advantage to the team.
